10/4/09 Sunday. 1/2 Priced Books/ Em and Bobby

It's Sunday. Yes. I am feeling better but I know I'm not where I need to be. I don't wake up with the energy I'm used to and a few other issues that I don't want to share.

Luke and I have planned an outing. We're going to the 1/2 Priced Bookstore. It's fun for both of us. I go right to the back to look for more books by Bruce Coville. No more books. I still have a few to read, so that works. I deliberatelly don't sit down. I wander through the rows and rows of books. This is my exercise and I'm proud that I'm able to walk and have fun.

I wanted to find a calorie counter and couldn't. But I did find two new mystery writers that I want to try. When I read them, I'll let you know.

Luke and I were thinking of going to Target, but I knew I needed to rest before dinner, and Luke needed to practice for his recital.

It's always fun to be with Em and Bobby. Emily, Brian and their kids were there. We met at Pucinis. I am so good. I order salad and I bring my own dressing. Good!!! I drink a whole bottle of fizzy water. So diet. I have a side of angel hair pasta with tomato sauce. Because I planned well, I only eat half. Yay.

Noah is so adorable. He has a head full of blond hair, and he's so well behaved. He's laid back. So he's nice to be with.

We go home and Luke practices more and I rest more.
