10/3/09 Today's Outing, Diet working again. Yay!

It's a good morning when I get all my exercises done. I decide to degerm my life. I threw out two old toothbrushes and luckily I had a new one. I stripped the blankets off the bed and washed them as well. That felt good.

Luke asked me to get some colored paper for posters to advertise his up coming recital. I went to Kinkos and easily found the paper. I also found a cute thank you note to send to his mom. There's a big dog on the front of the card. He's wearing a crown . Inside it says, "Thank you for treating us like royalty. " Nana sent us $200.00 to celebrate his birthday. She thinks we're going to use the whole thing on a fancy dinner. Hummm. That's not what we usually do with our $$$. So we'll see. It was so very generous of her. I hate to take her $$$$, but she feels bad if she can't give.

Luke ate an early dinner. He had a CSO concert tonight. Again, I'm not ready to be out and about, and although I am not cantagious any more, I don't want anyone to reinfect me. And I'm not up to top energy yet.

My life is still mostly about resting, taking lots of nutrients and getting back my strength.
