10/10.09 First Movie, Amazing Feeling . . .

I wasn't going to blog tonight. I got several phone calls and there went the time. But one thing occured that I wanted to register.

I'm about to shut down this blog site and reopen another. The theme of the new site would be something like 70 going on 21.

I massage Luke's legs each night. Usually we watch t.v. because it's a long process and we're too tired to talk. Tonight we were watching "House Finders International," without the sound. Sometimes it's nice to see the landscapes and city scapes without hearing about them.

A young oriental woman was looking for an apartment in a asian city. I don't know what the country was but maybe Japan???? She was walking along the street in an interesting area of the city --cobblestone streets, little shops, fresh produce stands. And she was walking with energy and excitement and looking toward the future. Suddenly I was a young woman in New York City. I felt all those feelings--excitement about life with all my possibilities spread out in front of me. I was twenty again.

And I thought what an auspicious way to begin the new blog. I'm looking for that feeling again, and here I've had a taste of it. A real taste.
