9/8/09 Salon 7000, Hatha Yoga Class and Bees

I love to look at my garden and see bees.  Last year the bees were disappearing and it felt so bleak on this planet without their gift of honey.  Although I'm allergic to bee stings,  I think bees are beautiful to look at and I love to hear their hummm in deep summer.

I thought I had played this morning perfectly.  I got everything done,  every exercise.  I was downstairs with plenty of time to do a laundry,  start our crock pot dinner,  eat breakfast and pack lunch.  At 12:00,  I was ready to pack the car and get to my hair appointment by 12:30--BUT
I couldn't find my car keys.  I drove home from Chicago.  I had my keys when I got home on Sunday.  After that . . .  Luke drove to Pucini's when we had dinner with Bobby.  On Monday,  MKate drove to the movies.  I didn't drive at all.  Where are my keys???

I panic.  I call Luke and ask him if he's seen my keys.  He hasn't seen them but a student failed to show and he is willing to drive home just to give me his extra key.  That's devotion.  Eunice is willing for me to come late--lucky for me she's not heavily booked today.  I get to my appointment but where are my keys.

Not in the car.  Not under the sofa or in the trash or frig or any unexpected place.  Bye,  bye $125.00,  I'll have to order another key.

It's always fun at Studio 7000.  Today there was too much fatal illness talk and bad politics talk.  But my hair looks great and I got my nails done.  Usually Kim is busy with other clients.  Today she had time for me.  Yay.  When my nails get as long as daggers,  I can't type and one usually breaks and looks ick as well as feeling bad.  Kim is so sweet.  I'm glad that Kim has a new boyfriend.  She deserves to have a partner in life.

I get home to look for my keys and rest a little.  Then off to Hatha Class.  I got to give April her gift from Prem.  That was awesome.  She has practiced yoga for a long time,  so the words were real for her.  During the first few minutes of class,  I told April about how Prem looked at her photo's and played with the gift she sent--two small rectangular boxes of incense.  The class went well.  The peace was so deep and beautiful.  We talked about Prem and His shakti filled the room.  ( I'm sorry that MKate's back hurts and I pray that she is better soon. )

After class,  we went to the car where April's present was waiting.  Prem gave her a beautiful green shawl and a bag of candy,  fruit and nuts.  Prasad.  There was also a bag of prasad for her husband, Chuck and a small gift for her little granddaughter.
