8/26/09 Back to my routine

Got to Dr. K's by 11:00 a.m.  OMG.  I see Collette.  She's a gospel singer that sing some of Liz and my songs on Luke's recital.  I love her voice and it was great to see her again.  I hope that one day we'll work together again.

Once again,  Dr K said that he's seeing some real changes in my body.  I'm excited.

I am early and make a good choice.  Instead of fooling around in Target,  I go to Mindful Movement,  sit outside and get my most important correspondence done.  I drive to a nearby mail box and several things are off my to do list.  Yay.  Ok,  now I'm ready to go inside.  The door to Mindful is locked.  I go back to the car . . . it's hot and I don't want to sit outside.  What to do? A woman drives up.  I am hoping that she is a teacher that I haven't met,  or a new secretary and has a key to get in.  She's actually a salewoman,  trying to interest Miriam in her products.  But someone does hear her knock and lets her in.  We talk.  Her daughter is a high school senior and has an interest in miracles.  We exchange cards.  I hope that her daughter be interested in my project.

MKate and I have an awesome Pilates lesson.  I do one of the exercises perfect which shows me that healing is coming toward me.  I'm psyched.

I get Boston Chicken for our dinner, then it's home for a fast lunch and using my time to orgaize my gigantic paper mess.  I'm moving forward.

All right.  I'm tired tonight.  I guess God made the right decision for me when I decided not to go to the picnic in Chicago.  I wanted to but I shouldn't.  Especially now that Linda won't be working extra hours anymore.

NM is good.  I meet some fun customers.  One woman ,  a nurse,  took my advice and started on the Udo's oils.  If you are reading this blog,  go on line and check out Edo's oils.   They have made many differences in my health and in my appearance.  (always a good thing)
