8/19/09 My miracle is coming closer, Pilates, Nature's Market

I saw an old friend in the waiting room at Dr K's--Miriam.  I haven't seen her in ages.  She told me that she really likes him.  Pat was there.  I love talking to her.  She's a dance teacher and raises dogs.  Again Dr K told me that I'm changing for the better--IN WAYS that I have not been able to CHANGE BEFORE AND NOW I AM!!!!! Will I have my miracle?

Luke drives me to my Pilates lesson.  I am there early.  I have a book to read,  but Susan,  our teacher,  had a cancelation,  so we talk.  She's peaceful and it's always good to talk to a peaceful person.

The lesson is hard.  I've missed so many classes,  but I plan to practice at home and catch up.  On the very bright side,  my Reconnection work is waking me up.  I'm much more conscious of my body and what the different parts are doing.  Even though my muscles worked extra hard,  my breath and my awareness made things flow.

I go home for a short rest.

Then,  I'm off to Nature's Market.  I made a good decision,  letting my inner voice guide me.  I'm not going to share details.  No,  don't ask! and the details wouldn't matter to anyone else.  Let's just say that a few months ago,  I would have jumped into a relationship that was none of my bee's wax and got someone mad at me--someone that I have to work with.  I realized that you can't help another person unless they want you to,  unless they ask . . . No matter how good you are at something.  It doesn't matter.  Then anger arises and the work atmosphere is poisoned.  So , Yay me.  When I listen to my inner voices,  my life flows.

I helped many clients today.  I have an old friend who came in for help with dermititus.  It's the worst.  She can't even do her Tai Chi.  I showed her a number of nutrients that help with skin issues.  She's such a nice person.  I hope that the nutrients she bought are helpful to her.  Strange,  on Sunday we watched a show with Em and Bobby,  I think it's called the Larry David show or something . . .  one of the  themes was that Larry's wife has dermititis,  it's spreading and itching--he loses her presciption.  Now this customer comes in with a rash that's itching and spreading.  Luckily she's not married to Larry David.
