7/8/09 Dr K, Pilates, NM, Shawns

Dr K is being guarded,  but he knows that I am changing.  I was excited to hear it.  I had to take a deep breath as I was walking out of the office.  Oh my.  I feel the healing energy working in my body.  So . . . .

Luke was driving me to my pilates class,  and many times on either late or on the edge of being late.  He wanted to save time for himself by going to Target and picking up a gift certificate that he needed to give today.  At first I said please don't make me late.  Then,  I knew it would be all right,  even if I was late.  So he went.  Susan was late.  When I listen to my instincts,  I do good things and my life works.  Luke saved time and had a more relaxed day.  I was fine time wise.

MKate and I had to work.  It was good for us.  Susan is upping the ante class by class.  I think she's surprised by how much I can do.  MKate and I really like Susan.  She's an honest,  open person.

MKate and I eat a light lunch.  Then I fed Durga.  She dressed herself as she's been doing lately.  MKate went to work.  I went early so she could go to a family funeral.  I missed the Shwan's guy.  It made me a little sad,  because I'm out of little ice cream sundaes--as of last night.  It's a tiny treat that makes the diet sweeter.

Greg and I are not going to the dinner.  He has a date and I want to avoid Chinese food(too fattening).  Doug,  the Solgar guy--the one who's giving the talk that goes with dinner--gave Greg and I a solo performance AND answered all our questions.  Greg and I feel blessed and like we lucked out.

Doug talked to us about Resveritol--a nutrient that protects the body from microbes,  fungus and other unwanted parasites.  Big news for people who want to keep a healthy body in the face of so many challenges  Also K2--for heart and bone health.

While I was at work,  Luke called to tell me that Chris,  our Shwan's guy,  came by.  Luke was able to get the things I wanted.  Especially those little sundaes.  I'm in the flow.

After work,  I pick up Boston Chicken.  My instinct tells me that I don't smell chicken in the car.  I don't listen.  When I get home,  I realize that I don't smell chicken because the chicken is still at Boston Chicken.  I turn back.  A good lesson for me.  I chat with my sister and she cheers me on.  My watches are set ahead.  BC closes at 9 and I am pushing it.  Barbie does the count down and I drive like the wind.  The universe supports me and I make most every light.  In the flow.

I'm happy to hear from Barbie that Elissa and Steve are a good couple.  She tells me a little about the dinner that Alpana made and it sounded so delicious.  She's a gourmet cook,  as well as a wine expert.
