6/3/09 Dr K, Pilates/ Enzymedica Workshop

Dr K finds a sore place in my hip.  I think about lattes and that they come from God and get through his working on it.  (The lattes are kind of a joke between us.  I can't really get them now because I'm going to exercise.)

Then I'm off to my Pilates class.  The traffic is congested.  I hate to keep MKate and Susan waiting.  Soooo.  I picture the traffic opening up and clearing away.  And it does.  I'm a little late,  but Susan ,  our teacher,  told us that she would be late as well --so it worked out.  The flow.

This class was the best so far.  I'm getting stronger.  I'm beginning to feel that I could get my body back even without surgery.  Susan told us that her student,  the one who had surgery,  is doing amazing.  And that gives me a lot of hope,  that even if I have to do it,  I'll be ready.  I'm lucky that I couldn't do it in this time period.  Then she told us that she has a male student who has three serious illnesses.  He could have died from any of them.  He went for all natural healing and he's in great shape now.  It's like the universe is bringing me stories of miracles and hope.

After class,  MKate came over for lunch.  I'm not as excited to eat out as I used to be.  It's easier to do this diet thing at home.  We talked and had a fun time.

We went to Nora Cafe for a workshop on Enzymedica,  the top enzyme company in "our" world.  The speaker was very informative and laid out the keys to why enzymes are so necessary to a healthy body.  I thought I might be bored because I know a lot of the basics.  I wasn't and I don't think anyone else was either.  This was a light  snack.  It was very,  very fattening.  So I didn't eat much,  just a few little tastes of this and that.  I like the Nora Cafe.  Our family had Chirstmas dinner there a few years ago.  We haven't been back and I'm not sure why.

At the end of the program,  I talked to the presenter,  David.  He gave me a super protocol for healing.  What I liked was that he encouraged me to marry my spirutal quest for a miracle with this very forward looking and dramatic emzyme program.  No I won't share unless the healing come in this way.
