6/29/09 Meditation, Diamond, Healing with Nicole

Luke leaves the house early.  I get a late start,  but I did get most of my exercises done.

MKate came to pick me up for meditation class.  Diamond,  the next door neighbor's doggie is out for fresh air.  You all know that I'm thinking about getting one of her pups.  Honestly,  she's the nicest,  sweetest dog I've ever met.  She's unusual.  A rare treat.  But,  what Linda said is true,  my shedule is intense and pups need constant attention.  John,  neighbor's son,  thinks that if I work with a trainer it would be all right.  I don't know yet.  It's important that I decide right because this will be Diamond's last litter.

The class is about meditation,  but I'm working with healing and that seems to become a part of every class.  I leave class feeling more aware of the healing energy and that it's not so much what I do as getting out of the way.

After class MKate has lunch with me.  We realize each time we eat how very lucky we are to have food on the table and the best kind of natural food.  So blessed.  We talk about Diamond.  MKate also feels that she's a rare gem of a dog.  I have to trust that when she's ready to wean her pups ,  I'll know what I should do.  What if the pup was nothing like Diamond?  Hummm.

MKate goes to work and I teach a student.  It's an interesting lesson.  It's about being strong on your own spiritual path,  and not getting side stepped by other people's issues--no matter who those people are.   It's a hard,  hard lesson for me to learn.  I've had to learn it again and again.  And I'm still working on learning.

Nicole came for the healing.  I had so much hope that this time I'd walk away from the healing without my cane and feeling 12 again.  So it was scary.  We went upstairs and I laid down and covered up.  I had to release all expectations and to get out of the way,  so the energy could do what it needed to do.

Right from the start I felt a strong energy in my head and down my neck.  If I could give this energy a color,  I'd say moon light --a very,  very soft grey.  The color went into my lung area and I began to cough.  At the end of the coughing,  I felt like I could take deep breaths.  Then my mind went very quiet and I began to see how my story about the girl who makes friends with a witch could go and be fun.  There's an empty house next door.  Angela the protagonist is bored.  Most of her friends are at camp or away for the summer.  I think of her as being somewhere between 9 and 11.  A family move next door: a gramma,  parents and a young girl (the same age) .  The girl is pouting and holding her orange cat.  She goes into the house without looking at anyone or answering her parents when they talk to her.

Back to the healing.  Just before it's over,  I see a surge of soft grey light in the area that needs healing.  Oh my God.  Will I be able to stand up and walk without my cane?  Is today the day?
Nicole tells me that her guides finally talked to her .  They said that I will be healed.  Now I'm really,  really excited.

Luke got a healing as well.

I made dinner,  and we watched Jepardy together.  I fixed scallops with slice turkey in a scallon and tomato sauce.  Yummmy.
