5/26/09 Studio 7000 Mindful Movement

Went to Studio 7000.  I am about 5 minutes late which I consider to be on time.  It's always fun to be at Studio 7000.  My hair looks so ikkk,  but soon it will be gorgeous.  Eunice has the magic.  It takes a long time to do my hair,  I mean three or more hours.  Sometimes I sleep through part of the experience.  

Gary is there.  I'm getting to know some of his older clients.  The lady who is tiny,  but likes giant hair.  The older lady who comes in on a walker,  but is elegant with an upsweep that she must do herself.  When I look at her eyes they are beautiful.  She reminds me of my auntie Rose.  

I love my hair.  

I teach an evening class at Mindful Movement.  Lately I've been moving in to a deeper place within myself and it's reflected in the class.  One of the students had a health issue.  I went with the flow and told the students about my airport healing--my thoughts on it.  We did a yogic meditation on it.  I'm not going to discribe it .  It was powerful for me and for my class.
