5/22/09 Breakfast with Nana/ Strange Weather.

I wake up thinking about what the Pastor said to me.  In morning meditation,  I see a small golden bowl on my puja.  Inside are radiant,  glowing golden seeds.  Each seed represents healing prayers given for my miracle healing for Luke,  for Em and for me from: Pastor M,  Prem,  Nana,  Sister A,  and the airport pastors.  The seeds are absolutely glowing.

I have to wash my hair.  It's extra thick here in El Paso.  I do a few exercises.  Not much but I'm tired from last night.  We go to Starbucks for  - - - - yes,  iced coffee.  Then off to Nana's.  Luke goes to lunch with his brothers and Nana helps me make breakfast.  I make scrambled eggs and corn.  Yummy.  I'll be going back on my diet when we get back to Indy.

After the brother's brunch,  the boys come back to Nana's house.  She is psyched.  We talk and have fun.  It's the flow because just a year ago the boys and I were not talking.  Now John and I are talking about working on the movie together.  Wow.  Thank you Holy Mother and Ranga who says,  "May enmities  be tranquilled,  Friendliness thrive, Quarrels be dissolved and Love supeeme prevail.   "

Then Luke and I went back to the motel to rest.  He's coughing and exhausted.  Suddenly the sky is black.  Heavy rain and hail comes pelting down.  Traffic lights go out and it's hard to drive.  At the motel,  lights are out there as well.  I try to get on line and can't.  I'm feeling nuts and just about ready to go down to the desk to see what's wrong --when I realize that I've been putting in the wrong hotel name.  (there are twin hotels across from each other)  So I got to see my e-mail,  and do this blog and etc.  And the lights come back on.

We ordered Red Lobster and brought it to Nana's for dinner.  We're too tired to go out,  and she's too tired to go out.  We eat and talk and look out her amazing window.  She has a great view of the mountains.  As night falls the mountains are dark against the sky with little lights everywhere.

Also I love the little adobe houses in this neighborhood.  They are so cute and warm looking.

We didn't sleep well last night,  so we go home at a reasonable hour.

Nana has so many interesting stories.  I should try to write them down.
