5/18/09 Meditation Class/ Ride/ Dinner with Bobby

MKate came to pick us up for meditation class.  Only Luke and MKate.  Where did the other three students go?

Matt is on a very similar wave length with me.  He dreamed that I was holding myself back with my own foot.  Unable to work or move forward.  During meditation,  I had the realization that I haven't been using my higher self.  I haven't been working to create what I really want.  On my healing journey,  I've been taking the attitude that vitamins should do my work,  or my chiropractor ,  or even the MD .  Anyone but me.  I'm meditating on why I would want to "cripple" myself.  Why I wouldn't want to forge ahead and really make use of my talents and abilities.  Hummm.

The meditation class was a pure flow from the universe.  So powerful and transformative.  I was glad that I was there.  It's such a flow that I barely remember what comes out of my mouth.  When I come back from El Paso,  I'm going to promote the class.  MKate says that she'll help me.

We were supposed to eat at the new brunch place.  Luke had indigestion and I needed to stay on my diet.  We decided not to go.  I'm proud of myself.  Keep the good diet decisions coming Willow.

We went for our couples ride.  We talked about our time issues and made progress.  Also about the dog next door.  And how Luke doesn't listen when I'm worried.  So I have to worry louder.  We're thinking about it.

At home Bionic Cat comes to help Luke with his computer and sets mine to rights also.  He's so filled with creative,  good energy.  And I love his spikey hair.  Very cool.

We meet Bobby for dinner at Ocean World.  Luke avoids the foods that make him sick and eats plain broiled fish,  with red potatoes and broccoli.  I have the same.  We both feel great after eating.  Bobby is the most fun person to eat with.  We laugh and joke.  It's a great dinner.  We ask him advice about how to get internet access in Texas.  He lends me his precious device,  so we don't have to spend the money.  It's like a miracle.  We were only asking for advice.  I will get my own device for the month I'm at Bear Valley.

We get a chance to say goodbye to Em.  She has just been to visit little Willow.  Willow is out of ICU and back to a regular hospital room.  This is a miracle.  Thank you Lord.
