5/13/09 Dr K , Teaching Elizabeth, NM

I did my pre-operation exercises.  It took 35 minutes.  I had no time for my hatha yoga.  Well,  it's a long life.  We'll see what happens in the future.  I am learning to count 5 sec,  which is how long you hold the postures.  There is one exercise I can't do.  I will.

Luke didn't have to go to Dr K.  I was so surprised to learn that he wanted to spend time with me.  Even though he has so much to do,  he drove with me.  Dr K thinks that I will have a good result from surgery and that I'll heal a lot faster than I think.  

It was raining.  Hard.  We always have a lake in front of our house.  Elizabeth came to private yoga with her daughter,  Juliette.  J has to help her mother get from one place to another.  It's hard to see E struggling.  They started walking through through the rain water and up those cement discs that lead to our front door.  It's so terribly hard for E to walk at best.  But she's determined and she got into the house.  

I had to put a whole years lessons into one hour and some.  So I listened but I also ended the lesson with some techniques that E can take home to California.  I just pray that she'll make amazing progress and heal herself.  

You know.  We all have guilt issues that we have to get rid of.   E has to get rid of her quilt if she's going to heal.  

While I was getting ready to end the lesson,  the Shwan's guy came.  It wasn't the first replacement for Steve,  who didn't care.  It was nice Chris who came around with Steve that last day.  And he had all the products that I wanted--pizza and ices for the kids,  fish and things for us.  J was interested as well.  Hopefully she'll be on someone's route.  Just as I finished the last of my former Shwan's order,  here comes more.  Yay!!!!

When Chris left,  I finished the lesson.  

Then I rested for a few minutes and went to NM.  I went to the bank as usual.  There was only one teller.  It would have taken a long time if I hadn't gotten in the door before the two men who got to the door just a few seconds after I did.  This time the deposit was right because Jeff checked it out.  

I came in and started pricing product.  Greg was about to leave for home and rest.  I asked him to stop by our house,  while Luke was home,  and pick up the aloe plant that I'm not able to care for at this time.  I'm glad that I took care of it.  Poor little plant.  

MKate and I got a little time to chat,  and then home.
