Wow.  Another cold day.  And the flowers are surviving.  They're showing us how.   Brilliant colors.  My favorite time of year.  Even the cold can't take away from the glory of the flowering trees--whites and pinks and soft rose.  Magnoligas and apple blossoms.  Buds that hold all kinds of surprises.

Luke left for a long day of work.  For the past few years,  these longs days were daunting for him.  Lately,  Luke has been responding to Dr Halstead's treatment.  He feels better.  When he left for work today,   I saw the old spark back in him.  His eyes were shining and he felt good.  I can't even tell you how happy I was.   The sun came out inside.

I got work done and then met MKate for Chai Tea at --where else?  Starbucks.  We talked about life like we always do--kids and grandkids and work and our lives.

Back home I worked on the on line course in enzymes.  Fascinating.  I'm learning a lot about the
building blocks of good healtlh.  A lot about keeping the body young.  And that is one of my interest areas.

My yoga class was awesome.  Everyone got into the self.  The room was filled with light and peace.  Arly and Laura came.  I got to thank Laura for her amazing letter to me and I got to find out what she wanted for her conversion ceremony.  Also,  I got to tell her in person that my kids were coming in for Easter and that I couldn't attend the ceremony.  Honestly I probably would have anyway if Luke didn't have to be up at 5 a.m.  and they go,  go ,  go for the rest of the day.   Everything ended perfectly.  Just perfectly.
