4/27/09 Meditation Class Rocks/ Talk to Em/ Find a bra

A great day.  The sun shines and warms up my world.  Birds sing.  Squirrels run around.  And everyone's happy.  I'm grateful.

MKate picks up Luke and I for meditation class.  Two new students are getting it and the class is deeply peaceful.  People meditate deeply.  I share about the sound of the wind this morning.  Everyone heard it.  I share about the trees blowing in the wind and the butterfly bushes blowing so hard that I worried their beautiful blossoms would shake off.  They didn't.  Surrender is everything.

MKate,  Luke and I eat lunch.  Well,  actually Luke eats upstairs.  I make salmon pats that rock it out.  I use coconut milk for the sauce.  Delicious.  We talk as always about the little and the big.  Then MKate goes shopping with me for a bra.  I have such a hard time finding one that fits.  Most companies make really ugly bras for women with bigger chests.  And I can't even find one that fits.  I need a black bra to go under my new top.  Women like me can't wear a strapless bra or so Rain tells me.  So I have decided to wear a black bra under the black print shirt.  I tried on about ten bras.  Only one fit and was comfy and that was light blue.  Light blue.

I also got a fab pair of silver earing for $5.00.  I needed a pair of silver earings.  How cool that I only had to spend $5.00.  I love a great sale.  I also got a needed pair of sun glasses by Vera Wang.  A pair of underwear AND a darling night gown.  I'm wearing it tonight.  Everything on sale.  And get this,  they gave me a $ 10:00 to spent on anything I still want --if I come back before May 6th.

At home,  I make dinner.  I fixed Mahi Mahi with an onion,  garlic and coconut milk sauce and some secret ingredients.  Also a rice and veggie dish.  Then Luke and I ate dinner and watched our fav shows.  Jeopardy and Chuck.  Both shows were extra good.

I got to thinking as I prepared dinner.  I want everyone to eat a good dinner.  Every night.  What can I do about it?  I'm thinking.
