This morning was another choice morning.  After my shower I had to get ready immediately--so I could have a light breakfast and take off.  So it's the second day in a row that I haven't done my exercises.  I'm glad I'll be back in my shedule.

The buds are visable on the trees.  And I saw flowers pusing up from the earth.  Well,  it was warm.  They thought it's time.  I hope that tomorrow's chill doesn't up set them.

We took off.  I had my coffee in the car.  I like to watch the scenery go by while I'm having a cup of good coffee.

We talked a little about our progress in health and communication.  I'm happy that our ability to talk to and listen to each other with respect has improved so much.  If you can respect one another,  your ability to live with and support one another in peace and love will grow.  So when you have to go through hard experiences or want to enjoy lovely experiences you'll have a friend in your corner.

At home again,  Matt,  our financial guy came to walk us through more information and more paper signing.  I worked on Violetta's birthday paintings so I wouldn't be too bored.  Matt is interested in writing for the Miracles project.  He speaks spanish--which is what I've been hoping for.

I still haven't heard from the young film maker.  I'll try him again in another few days.

I taught my class at Mindful Movement.  There was a new woman.  She's friendlly and has lots of fun information about cell phones and new technology.  Some cars have a system where you can plug in your cell phone and speak without using an ear piece or holding the phone.  I was excited to hear about that.

Sally brought her two Russian grandkids to class with her.  They speak English very well.  Sally isn't sure they can come again,  but they were wonderful in class.  I always like children in a yoga class,  their hearts are so pure.

At home I had salad and watched the end of American Idol,  and Toddlers and Tiaras.  On American Idol,  among those I heard,  I liked Adam.
