This morning was COLD.  Still,  the snow was melting under the bright sun. 

I use my head .  I had an appointment with Dr Mike,  for physical therapy,  but I woke up too tired.  So,  I canceled.  I'm proud of myself.  I also cancel my computer lesson which would have taken away my time to rest between my chiropractic appointment and working at Nature's Market.  Good girl,  Willow.  Now I'm on track for finally beating this virus/ annoying cough/ tired of being tired feeling.  

The drive to Dr K (chiropractor) is almost normal,  some slush but not bad.  Although I'm talking to MKate,  I don't pass my turn off.  I always feel more balanced when I'm adjusted.  Amy( secretary to Dr K and Dr Mike) brought pictures of her adorable little boy.  What a doll.  He keeps getting better looking.  Big blue eyes and so much personality. 

I have my chai latte and it's hot.  Great for a cold morning.  As I drive along and I talk to Judy.  Her daughter-in-law is pregnant.  I'm happy for the family.  It will be Judy and Lenny's first grandchild. 

At home,  I rest.  Play with Durga.  And get ready for work. 

I'm very tired,  but work is still fun.
