The sun was bright and most of the snow melted.  There were frosty morning patches still glistening on the grass.  I'm seeing my new garden ideas already growing in the back yard.

The morning flew by.  A had her phone lesson.  I did organizational work.  

You know how it is.  Someone is supposed to get in touch with you and they don't.  You wonder why.  Did you somehow offend them?  Now that they know  you better,  do they secretly hate you.    I had that situation in my life with someone very important to me.  I e-mailed and didn't receive an answer.  The mind gets more wild.  Then,   I thought to myself.  This isn't a miraculous way to use my thoughts.  If he's mad, and doesn't want to make up--I'll move on.  

I phoned him.  He wasn't mad at all,  just frantically busy.  So we're moving forward with our project.  I'm so happy.  

Worked at Nature's Market.  The bank is a busy fun place to start my work day.  I'm getting to know the tellers.  I talked to a young body builder today.  We talked about body building nutrients.  Next time I get him,  I want to know how he builds muscle.  

We were consistantly busy.  I saw Melissa for the first time in a long time.  Even if she's not in love with her present guy friend,  I'm glad she has him in her life.  It's always nice to see Greg.  He talked about sage.  You can make a tea with sage and gargle to help sore throats.  

And Melissa noticed that I've lost weight!  Yay!
