So that was yesterday.  Today I woke up very,  very tired, but less crabby.  I showered and felt more awake.  

I did my yoga slowly and carefully.  Not forcing anything ( the way that I always should)  I pushed and hurt myself yesterday.  The whole day was painful and walking was hard.  Being careful,  I was able to work through some of the pain.  Good.  I work on Sundays,  and I can't be dragging myself around.

It's always fun to work with M.  We laugh and talk.  The day flies by.  Interesting custormers.  One woman that I know from church wants to be part of the miracles project.  What am I going to do?  E-mail her,  like I said I would,  tonight or tomorrow.  

I was tired after work.  Very.  But Emily and Brian were having their super bowl party and they don't know many other people in town.  Also,  Em had called to remind me that they are family.

She couldn't come,  but hoped that I would.  

It was a fun time.  Thier two year old,  N,  is adorable.  He's getting to like me.  He gave me a hug and kiss when he didn't want to hug most of the other guests.  The food was good.  I got to see Emily and Brian's beautiful new house.  You can just relax with them.  I was very,  very tired when I got home,  but glad I went to the party.  

The rest of the night I drank tea and rested.
