Oppps.  I lost the beginning of this post.  I can't find it so . . . I'll start again and maybe sometime,  I will find the first start and dele.

It was so beautiful outside yesterday.  Even with the rain,  so spring-like.  No socks,  no coat needed.  Today,  I felt a chill going near my bedroom window and what's that?  Snow flakes.  Luckily they were big squishy ones that didn't stick.

I taught a phone lesson.  The student is facing difficult family times--illness and sadness.  I have been reading an article by the late Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami.  "Seven Steps Toward Golden Silence.  How to quell the mind's clack and clatter and enjoy the natural divine peace of your soul."  I read the student:  . . .  " It is quieting the force of fear.  Yes,  fear can produce a very noisy mind.  But it is not beyond being controlled and courted into 'obeyance.' . . . How do we do this?  One way is through the power of affirmation,  reprogramming the subconscious mind.  (then he writes) An affirmation is a series of positive words in line with a visual concept repeated time and time again.  (here part of what he suggests)  I am the complete master of all my forces.  My spiritual energies govern and control the force fields wherever I am for the highest good.   .  . . .   I am filled and thrilled with unlimited power now and foever."

If you can move into your place of your own power,  you can silence the voice of fear.  I'm going to meditate on that for awhile and see where it takes me.

Then,  I did some work on Miracles the Musical,  I brought my notes to Nature's Market.

There was a lot of action going on at the market.  Lots of new people.  One cute family with two adorable boys.  The nine year old has the sweetest blue eyes.  He has ADD and we tried to find some nutrients to help him focus.  He also has a few warts on his hand.  He help up the hand for me to see.  So trusting and innocent.  I'm hoping that those nasty warts go away.  Thuja is a helpful herb for getting rid of warts,  and that's what the family bought.    The boy was telling me about his pets: 2 cows,  a few goats,  chickens ,  dogs ,  cats and so on.

I got the sweetest e-mail from Rain.  She wanted Luke and I to know what a cool couple we are and how proud of us she was yesterday.  I told her that the feeling was mutual.  ``

MKate is getting ready for her Las Vegas trip.  Well not actuallly getting ready,  more like planning to get ready.

I came home tired,  to a t.v. that didn't work.  Luke was nice enough to give his time to help.
