It's warm.  The sun is shining and it's warm enough to go out without socks or a coat.  Yay!!!!

It was my early out day (early for Willow).  I had to decide what to do and what to leave out.  I have a hard time getting started without my shower--also I feel ikky.  So the shower stays.  Getting showered and dressed usually takes 45 minutes.  Yes.

So I got up early (for Willow) at 8:15.  After the shower and dressing,  came my prayers which I try to say each morning,  a few exercises,  and making the bed.  Time's up.  I have very little time to take my morning vits and have a light breakfast.  Coffee first.  Then toast and a slice of cheese.

Right on time,  at 10,  Luke and I are out the door, heading for Dr K's.  It's always fun to see Amy and hear AJ tales.  AJ was playing with a display of family photos.  Mama said no.  He did it again.  Dad said no.  AJ looked at his dad and said.  No.  Then because he's so cute,  everyone has to laugh.  AJ wants a batman monster truck.  They are hard to come by.  Mama says that she tried but can't find any to buy.  His grandpa works at Kmart.  He is trying to be the hero and get this truck.  The pressure is on.  AJ says,  Grandpa will get me my batman monster truck.

At home,  I do my best to get things done before NM.  I get a bit done,  then go out to get Luke and I Boston Chicken.  Luke gets sides of green beans and potatoes.  I ,  the perenial dieter,  get sides of green beans and corn.

I do the banking for NM.  It's fun as always to see the various people who come in.  Sometimes I like to talk to the tellers and sometimes not.  Today not.

At NM,  I talked with Greg about my decision to quit blaming other people for what I don't like about my life.  Even when it appears to the old Willow that they are responsible.  I talked about turning the finger of blame on myself.  He said don't do that.  I said why?  He said take responsiblity instead.  I liked the distinction.  I'm going to meditate on it.  Greg is a radiant person filled with goodness of heart.

We had a fascinating meeting with the New Chapter people.  They explained how high tech nutrition has been able to help people turn around health issues.  Even serious ones.  I am all about that.  More on this at a later time.  But the New Chapter company IS cutting edge in the way they deliver nutrition to the cells.

I was tired at the end of the day.  I went home,  fed my on line pet,  and then watched American Idol.
