Deep blue shadows playing over the still white snow. The backyard looks like art. Tiny bird prints on the snow. You can see them even from the bedroom window. The sun is bright. Still a winter sun, but I know that the roads and streets will be clear.
I am timing my morning routine. Luke wants me to go to the chiropractor with him on Wed. We'd have to leave the house at 10, 10:30 at the latest. I have all my notes and will look at them with Luke, maybe tonight. The question is--what do I cut out? This morning, I started at 9 and was eating breakfast at 12:30. I'd have to cut my morning shedule to a blink. Hummm.
A came for her lesson. We worked on art projects and talked quietly. It was relaxing and it got me back to the two paintings I started for Violetta when she was born. She's going to be two soon.
We worked for two hours and didn't even realize the time. A good use of yoga.
At Nature's Market, I picked up the Friday bankng. On the way to Chase, I called my sister.(I always touch base with Barbie on Friday afternoon) She didn't answer. That's very unusual. She teaches her private piano students, but will come to the phone for a minute just to touch base. I got a little concerned.
Back at work, I had some interesting clients. I have the energy to help people but not much more. Mike, our Aubrey rep , was there. We started talking. He thinks he can help me to heal.
