Cold.  Cold.  Coming in from the window.  The wind blowing the big old pine tree.  There's nothing as mysterious and beautiful as a pine tree with it's dippy branches blowing in the wind.  

We took our time getting ready this morning.  What a luxury.  Around two Luke and I went out to do chores and to have a pedi.  I thought for sure that Target would have the bath drain cover that we needed but no.  And they did not have lemiclean either.  But I did get the Oxy Clean Spray-a-way that really works to disarm clothing stains--especially if you get them right away.  Wine.  Grease.  Anything.  And we did get salad veggies,  candles and the greeting cards we needed.

Then we went to Lovely Nails for an afternoon of pampering.  I actually think it's healthy to have pedies  every few weeks.  I love that Luke got to share the experience with me.  I didn't see Susan or I would have asked for her.  She does the best job.  The guy,  one of the owners I think,  did my feet.  He does a good job,  but never smiles.  Today,  he smiled.  I'm not sure why.  While you relax you can watch their giant t.v.  Today this guy ate little shrimp,  live ,  from a stream in the Amazon  and followed it up with a strange looking orange fruit. 

I rested for awhile.  Then made pop corn. You cannot have the real movie experience without pop corn.  I've tried and I know.   We went to Chipotle for dinner.  I love that place.  I always get the vegie bowl--two or three scoops of perfect rice (How do they do it.  Perfect rice every time), black beans,  onions and peppers,  hot sauce medium,  sour cream (just a little) shreaded cheese,  and guacamole.  Yummm perfect.  The best. And a bottle of pink grapefruit soda that I shared with Luke.  (If  you share it's only 40 calories. ) MKate met us ( she was coming from a grandchild event) and we went across the road to the okay movie theatre--where we go when there is no other choice.  We saw  "The Pink Panther, " with Steve Martin.  Very Funny.  What's wrong with the reviewers.  If something gross and awful doesn't happen ,  it only gets two stars and the critics begrude it those two.  

MKate usually goes right home after the movie.  But her husband was still at work,  and I was going to lend her some clothes for her trip.  She is smaller than I am,  but I had a few things that looked very glam and very Vegas.  Her brother-in-law is getting married.

Of course before trying on clothes we ate ice cream cups with chocolate sauce.  ( All for 110 calories)
