This morning I woke up knowing that for another day I could do whatever I wanted to--even if that was playing with my on line pet--Durga.  It's delicious.  Like being able to eat anything you want and not get fat.

The weather was cold.  The sky was white and the winter garden was blowing in the wind.  Most of the snow had blown away.  The outline of bare trees lay across our sleeping lawn,  making patterns.

Washing my thick hair is time consuming.  I think of my hair as a pet.  What kind of animal has long thick hair?  Every few days it requires large amounts of time to wash,  dry and smooth out. It's getting longer.  I'm not sure why I want to grow it.  again?  If I could,  I'd let it grow to my waist ,  again.

Steve,  our Bionic Cat--who knows and can tame our computers--came early today.  I couldn't do my exercises ( and didn't do them later).

Luke and I worked on the upstairs computer together.  The cat got Luke ready to do a necessary project on line.  Now he won't have to truck to Butler needlessly.  Also,  we should be able to help each other with projects.  The Cat rocks.

The rest of the day I read the book Rain gave me for Christmas,  played with Durga (who is winning lots of neat prizes) and played words games ( but I'm not as involved as I was--so I'm losing more) .  Indifference comes in handy.

What a peaceful day.  YUMMMY.  YUMMY.

At dinner Luke and I ate quietly and watched Monk.  I'd seen the adventure but I didn't mention it to Luke.  In the end,  it's the peace and the sharing that matters.
