Outside the snow has begun to melt,  leaving islands of brown earth and grasses.  I have time to do half my Hatha Yoga and eat a fast breakfast before leaving for Dr. K's office.  I am coughing much less and have a lot more energy.  He confirms that I am getting better,  but I need to be careful to keep resting and healing.

I have my sweet cup of Starbucks Chai Latte.  So happy and warming.  I talk to MKate.  She's tired and I'm tired.  This flu thing has been sticky.

I go to the bank.  Interesting.  The parking lot was full.  I went around twice.  Starting the third round I saw at least 4 cars/suvs driving around the same small lot and looking for a spot.  I say to the universe.  I will find a spot this round--even if there are 10 cars driving in front of me looking for a spot.  And sure enough,  a man is coming out of the building to his car.  I back up.  He drives out of a spot and I drive in.  I thought about calling Luke.  I'll surprise him with the news tonight.  We love it when the secret works

At home I have to get a lot done before work.  I am going to work but for a shorter day.  I had to get the proper address for Luke at Butler,  and pass it on to Mel.  Then call the police and report a second tampering with our Reed/Smith mail.  They wanted me to call the post master and report the incident.  It was long and boring.  But I got it done.

Then on to Nature's Market.  I had one box of nutrients to check in.  My arms felt like lead,  but I took a deep breath and carried on.  I'm so glad I did.  Angie came to give a lecture on the new enzyme products that her company puts out.  They are the best company for enzymes that we know of.  And they have come out with a stem cell support.  Amazing.  More on this later.  I'm so excited.  Dr K thought that this kind of product could get me off the cane and into perfect health once again.  I'm looking forward to trying it as soon as I can get my hands on it.

I left work at 8:00 p.m.  exactly.  MKate being the saint and nice person that she is helped me to the car.  How lucky am I to have her for a best friend.
