It was cold today.  The sun was crisp casting tree shadows on the snow.  Beautiful and stark.  I decided to stay inside. 

L called for a lesson.  L has been my student since she was very young.  Now she has grown into a beautiful young woman.  She wanted to talk about life changes and yoga.  I'm proud to be a part of this thoughtful and spiritual young life.  She has the quiet courage of the sincere yogi.  Seeking truth first.  Not always easy.

The house keepers were supposed to come at 1 p.m.  Since L was coming at 3:30 ,  I didn't see that as a problem.  Also R was going to be working on the master bath project.  Since the house keepers are used to Luke and I being in B-town on thurday's ,  they come when it's easy.  I didn't know that .

I expected them at 1.  At 2:00 they were still not here.  I saw my own fault in this.  As soon as I found out that L wanted a 3:30  lesson,  I should have called to make sure they were coming at the usual time.  

I took the witness position.  It will work out.  And it did.  The  house keepers came just moments before L arrived.  They worked around us,  and didn't need to disturb us until the lesson was over anyway.  R went upstairs to the master bath and we didn't see or hear from him until L was long gone.  When you give control to God things have a way of turning out well.

Then I had lunch and rested.  

I'm feeling stronger and can do more.  Hopefully I'll be back to work soon.
