A very cold winter day.  The morning view is snow flakes.  One weather report talks about 3" of snow.  My trusty snow boots hurt my big toes,  so I am still wearing sandals-- with socks.  I don't have to walk very far,  so it should be fine.

Luke comes to my meeting with me.  It takes place at the Historical Society.  I've chosen a fabulous grant writer--C Miller-- and luckily he has chosen me back.  He sees the vision.  Although I know that for this first concert I'll have to prove myself on every level.  We had brunch at the cute little cafe in the HS.

C had a fun chat with Luke.  They have a lot in common.  Then we got down to it.  What I'd have to research and how much I'd need to learn.  It's exciting.  At this point,  I'm all about making miracles in my life and around me.  Luke will help.  That's comforting.

I walk with a cane right now.  Cold weather presents challenges,  like the cane slipping before I do.  As I was leaving the Historical Society,  the walk way was slick.  I wanted Luke to get into the car and not freeze,  so I told him I could manage myself.  The parking lot was a skating rink.  Suddenly a man came up and offered to help,  like a guardian angel.  I feel surrounded by God's love and grace--that angels will always be there for me when I need them.  And that I will be there for others.

The weather was such that my class was canceled.  I had so much to do that I wasn't sorry.  I worked hard on Prem's gift.  Luke said that I did a great job.  I'm representing others ,  so I have to try my best.  I'm so glad that I've developed these computer skills that make projects easy.  Thanks Bionic Cat.  I carefully packed all the garlands that we worked on during the garland party.  They look great in their silvery packages.  Everyone contributed.  Everyone gave their special gift.  I love that it's a combination of all our talents.

After dinner,  I worked on gift wrapping until it was time to write the evening miracles diary--i.e. the blog.

A day of promise and miracles.  Angels and blessings.
