This morning the snow flakes were light.  The kind that don't stick.  You can enjoy them and still drive easily.  The wind was blowing them around,  up and down.  

Spiritual study:  Don't let your senses pull you.  Keep your attention on the divine inside.  Try this.  After you eat your favorite food,  close your eyes and look for the feeling you got after you ate.  That feeling is a hint of God's grace alive in this world.  

Went to Kinkos for photo paper.  The Cat is coming to teach me how to down load photos and make copies of them.  A young woman who was helping me find photo paper .  She gave me a discount for no reason.  Just because she has a good heart.  I told her that was my first miracle of the day.  It's always great to know that  you have uplifted someone and made them smile.  I think she felt good about being my first miracle.

Then off to the bank.  It's hard to find parking.  Finally I affirm that the next time I go around the parking circle I will find a spot near the door-- and I did.  A nice lady held the elevator door from closing so I could get in.  The bank was relatively empty and my transaction went fast.

Picked up my easiest recipe--Boston Chicken.  Luke likes it.  So that works.  

Home to meet the Cat.  We had fun making an album and printing the pictures that will go into Prem's album.  We always laugh and enjoy the lesson.  I always learn what I need to know.  And Luke gave me the session as a gift. 

My class was small but very sweet and filled with the Shakti.
