My morning window was covered in drops of warm rain.  Puddles in the back yard like little lakes.  It's going to be a warm day.  Yay!

I had to wear a rubber glove while showering because of the cut on my finger.  Last night I left a sharp cooking tool face up in a drawer that I use all the time.  The cut was deep and bled a lot but it's already healing.  By the time I got to my exercises,  I could bend the finger and it didn't hurt.  That's fast healing.   Remember my experience with the healing energy.   The effects are like ripples growing wider and stronger.    I was  back to walking this morning but  did my yoga carefully.  

I spent the day getting ready for Em's party.  I made a veggie quiche with Bisquick that I used to make when the girls were small.  They still like it.  It looked good when it came out of the oven.  I hope people like it.  Also I wrapped the presents that were still to be given.  Em and Bobby went to Florida for their vacation.  They just got home today.  And tomorrow is their holiday party.

MKate had to work all day today,  without a shower.  M forgot that she was opening the store.  

We went to Puccini's for dinner.  I had two salads and a few spinich ravioli.  We were late for the movie.  Somehow I didn't care.  While in the theatre lobby we met an old friend,  Chirstina.  She used to come to our meditation center and was very invovled with the music scene.  She looked so different that I didn't recognize her.  Luke did right away,  but they worked together in the long ago.  

She and her adorable daughter had seen a movie and were going home.  Very sweet.  

At home,  Luke and I watched a movie on t.v. and ate our popcorn. " Failure to Launch"   We had seen it but it was funny and relaxing.

The rain came down heavily.  When you are safe inside,  a cozy sound.
