Today was busy in a good way.

I went to visit my older student.  This time I got decent directions and found the way easily.  Her home is quietly beautiful with a magical combination of surprising architectural features.  At first they don't seem to go together and then you see that the magic is in the variety of images.  In fall the trees are beautiful.

The weather was so warm, I didn't need a sweater.  She met me at the door.  She wanted to play like two 12 year old friends,  rather than have a yoga lesson.  She showed me some adorable new clothes she bought,  and two cute purses.  And she told me about her clothes and how she can keeps them for the many,  many years.  It's yogic to show respect for your things.  She told me about the stores she shops in.  Some have in house designers.

Such an interesting world.  I might get my middle daughter's Christmas gift at Lillies the store in Z ville.  She likes one of a kind things.

Then we went back to the current yoga room.  There she spoke about her life and how things were for her.  She also told me that she had a deep meditation in which she spoke to God.  Next time we get together,  I'll ask her more,  but it tells me that she's getting ready to make her transition.  I hope not too soon.

I try not to look at her outside.  She had deep black and blue marks under her eyes.  But I look deep now,  and barely see them.  She has a lot of light around her.  Then she wanted me to join her daughter and day helper for lunch.  I didn't have much time,  but I didn't want to disappoint her.  So I went for a little while.  We ate at the MCL.  I just got coffee because I knew I had to leave so soon for my appointment with the arranger. When I left the restaurant,  I  hugged her and patted her sweet little head.  She looks like an angel now.  There's so much light around her.

I was a little late.  Luckily,  Luke was there to greet the composer.  We listened to a sketch of the choir rendition of Glory,  Glory.  I don't think we know what it's really going to sound like,  but it had a good feeling to it.

I got to pay a few word games and then it was time to make popcorn for movie night.  We ate at Noodles and saw "Zack and Miri make a porno .  "  Mkate and Luke and I don't always agree on movies.  We all loved this one.  It was so funny and had a good ending.

I was a few minutes late
