I go to see Dr K (chiropractor) every Wed.  It's perfect.  He's a healer and someone I can talk to.

I love the ride to his office and that there's a Starbucks next door.  Another thing,  and this is weird.  The number on  Dr K's office building is my house number backwards.  

Anyway,  when I drive,  I either talk to MKate or listen to one of my tapes.  It's so relaxing.  Today,  I worked on my talk for the music students.  I'll be talking to them about yoga and performance.  I think I have some good ideas that will help these kids during their four years in the music school.

The weather was so warm that I didn't even need a sweater.  Every warm day feels like a one-up for me this late in the season.  Did I mention that I love warm weather.

I had no problem returning the hair iron to CVS.  I love when loose ends come together.  I love when I can return something without a receipt.  I love happy endings.  I have two more things to return.  Hopefully this Sat.  Hopefully the returns will go well.  

Then I rested and did a few word games.  And then,  I went to work.  I love my job.  There's always something to learn about alternative health.  Always something I can use for myself or my family members.  Or the customers or friends who want to heal naturally.  It's one of my passions.   And I like working with my best friend,  MKate.  We share snacks and chat and ideas.  It's the best of all worlds for me.  Surrounded by love and friendship.  

At home,  Luke told me there was good news about the Praise Concert.  I'm excited to hear about it.  

All in all a great day.
