I'm going to try and write every night before bed.  Somehow looking at life through my miracle glasses (are they rose colored?) has made me happy in a new way.  I'm changing my world as I view it from this new perspective.

This morning I went to visit a friend who got bad news from her doctor.  Her body isn't doing well.  Although she is 80 something,  I always thought she'd be around until at least 110.  Depak Chopra M.D. says the human body was meant to be vital and healthy until at least 150.

Her body is failing but her amazing spirit is uplifting for me and for everyone she comes in contact with.  She told her kids that she's had the most wonderful,  the most blest and fulling life and she doesn't want them to mourn for her.  She wants them to celebrate.  About then I started crying.  Good thing I brought tissues.

I hugged her goodbye and she said that I bring peace which is the highest compliment I can imagine.  I pray that I brought a little healing energy as well.  I hope God blesses her with a miracle or two and that she'll be with us for awhile more.  I have learned so much about how to live life from this courageous woman.

I met with a writer friend who is working on the miraclesproject with me.  We had coffee at Paneras.  Second fav to Starbucks.   We are on the same page,  and excited about sharing our experience of miracles and learning about other people's experiences.  We believe that this project will spread light and help uplift people all over the world.

At night,  Mary-Kate and I went to hear Luke (my husband) play his concert.  He rocked it out !
This man just keeps on getting better.  People are amazed.  His playing is a miracle and people love it!  There was a party afterwards.  MK and I stayed on our diet.  (a miracle for these sweets loving women)
