I like going to church.  The sanctuary has stained glass windows--very modern and very beautiful.  One little box piled on another to form a cross.  Each box has a meaning and radiant color.  My favorite is yellow like sunshine on a winter's day.

It's peaceful.  The familiar music of praise and the familiar words of worship.  So peaceful.  We love our Pastor.  He comes from his heart and helps us to discover ours.  He leads the way.  He lives what he preaches.

At work,  I connected with an old friend.  She's a prize winning film maker.  I'm hoping that she'll work with me.  We have a lot in common.  She's moving back to Indy.  Miracles are raining down on me.

Then,  Sunday dinner with my daughter and son-in-law.  I'm not much of a cook,  so I'm impressed with the two of them.  My daughter bakes cakes that are more delicious than the best bakery.  I always tease my son-in-law that he should challenge Bobby Flay.  His grilled salmon was scrumptious tonight.  Lately we've been eating with another family member that we didn't know well,  but now love.

So it's been a day that was filled with love and peace and daily miracles.  One of my teachers told me that if I started my day focused on any one thing that I love (great coffee) and keep being grateful for that gift of the universe to me,  that I'd light up my whole day.
