Got up early (for me) ,  after a night of very little sleep--to go to the dental surgeon.  I'm not sure what I was hoping for.  I have to have a tooth pulled on Monday.  The office staff is the nicest.  Too bad I'm not there for a party.  Everyone wants to share about their kids and grandkids.  Everyone is interested in what you have to say.  The MD is fun as well.  My dentist says that he's the best.   

Then I went home to play a few games of wordscraper.  Really.  I was excited to have a few minutes.  It's good to be excited about something that isn't harmful and doesn't make you fat.  It's not even a sin.  Word games are actually good for your brain.  

I drove like a bat to get to my chiropractor at a reasonable time (for me.)  Ashley time is like Indian (in India) time.  There were people in the office.  I was safe.  I don't mind waiting at Dr K's .  Amy,  his receptionist ,  has fun stories about her toddler.  He loves penguins.  His father put a few ice cubes in his bath and he got excited to put his bath penguins right into their element.  So sweet.  Also,  I get to do crossword puzzles.  Read pointless magazines and so on. 

Dr K tells me that I'm getting better --every week a little more progress.  Good thing that Starbucks is next door.  If he hurts me,  I get a Starbucks.  If I make progress,  a Starbucks.  

I'm don't think there's a circumstance where I wouldn't get a Starbucks.  

It was cold I got my winter drink,  a tall chai latte.   Yummmy.  A sip at a time.  It warms you and tastes like dessert.  

At home again.  Lunch and more important,  word games.  

Nature's Market is slow.  I have a few boxes to check in.  I'm glad it wasn't more because I'm so tired.  Luke woke up several times with leg cramps,  I get up as well and massage his legs.   I'll do a little research ,  maybe I can find something that works like magic and he'll never have another painful night.   I find an article by a nutritionist that I admire--I'm excited to see a large section on leg cramps.  Then I notice that one of the hints is to take a prenatal vitamin.  It's an article on leg cramps for Pregnant women.  Well the ideas were good and I'm betting that they help Luke.

One fun thing about my job,  the parade of people that come through.  Always someone interesting.
